I was happy to hear the good news from Jeff Leach about Seneca Creek Home Improvement. Several years ago I needed to replace the remaining original windows on my 70 year-old house. Jeff worked with me to help select the right windows for my needs and budget; the focus of our meetings and discussions was always on solving the problem with the right solution for me, with no pressure to buy a product I didn’t need. The custom window units fit perfectly and were installed quickly and cleanly. I was so pleased with the process, from start to finish, that I was happy to recommend Jeff to install a new sliding glass patio door and replacement windows for my mother’s house. Needless to say, Jeff didn’t disappoint.

In my work as an architect managing $150+ million projects, the best early indicator of a successful on-time and on-budget completion is the willingness and ability of the contractor to work with the owner and deliver a quality product. When we first purchased our house, we knew that we would need to do some major work as the garage door and numerous window frames were rotting out.  I contacted a number of contractors, but most never returned my calls, so it was refreshing to work with someone who would come and meet me to personally inspect what had to be done at a time that was convenient for me.  As your prices were better than everyone else I managed to get estimates from, and the products you offered were also of a higher quality than most, we decided to go with you.
We are absolutely thrilled that we made that choice.  The windows are fantastic – we no longer have cold air seemingly blowing straight into our rooms, and knowing that the frames are wrapped with aluminum means I don’t have to worry about rotting wood, insects, and/or painting in the future.  Finally, kudos to your crews that do the actual install.  This was the one area we were most concerned about, as many installers’ only goal is to get done as fast as possible.  Your guys took the time to do things right the first time, and they were by far the cleanest and least-intrusive I’ve ever seen.
I recommend you to all my neighbors and anyone who needs a garage/storm door/ windows/etc.  Keep up the great work – we look forward to working with you again to finish our house off!
