No complaints
The shingles look great and they were completed in one day. The soffits, rakes/eaves boards and freeze boards were covered over the course of the following week along with the installation of new gutters. Being a former contractor, I was very pleased with the quality of work.

Excellent all around job on my roof and replacement windows
Seneca Creek Home Improvement recently installed vinyl replacement windows and a new roof.
For the window replacement job, Jeff came out to my home, offered a selection of window options, and provided his professional recommendation on which choice to use. Jeff worked with us so we could get the window replacement approved by our HOA with no complications. His crew was here for 4 days installing 37 replacement windows. They did excellent work, including leaving the jobsite clean every day. The replacement windows look great!
For the roof job, Jeff described the different shingle options, and provided his professional recommendation. The crew was able to perform the roof installation in only one day. Again, his crew did excellent work and cleaned up after the job. They also protected the landscaping from getting damaged.
I have recommended Seneca Creek to neighbors. Jeff and his company do excellent work for a reasonable price. Thank-you Jeff for a job well done!
Great Experience
I have used Seneca Creek Home Improvement to have new windows installed a couple of years ago and was so pleased with their service that I decided to have them install two patio doors. I like that I was provided options that allowed me to make an educated decision one that would best suit my home and my budget. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the product and he kept me informed the entire time.
After the doors were installed there was a little issue with the screen doors not connecting to the latch and properly. Jeff came out and took a look at the doors and said that he would make sure the problem was resolved. Jeff contacted me the next day to let me know that a technician would stop by and take a look at the screen doors and sure enough as promised a technician came out and resolved the problem. The technician explained to me why to door was not operating properly. He was very pleasant and professional.
I worked in customer service for over 39 years and know about good customer service. This company is top notch and I definitely will use them in the future.

Job well done
Our front door needed to be replaced. It was builder quality which means it was warped and drafty. I used Consumer Checkbook to narrow the choices to known quality providers but I also asked a neighbor about Seneca Creek even though they did not appear in the Checkbook list.
Glad I selected them. Jeff gave me straight answers to questions and didn’t try to “up sell” me on a more expensive door than the model we selected. Work was first rate and probably the neatest construction crew I’ve ever seen. Cleaned up debris multiple times throughout the installation.
Very happy with the results and will go back to Seneca Creek in the future.
